BA-COR can provide a regular, scheduled, planned maintenance program that includes visual inspection of the roof surface and prompt repairs to any defects found. The overall intent is to correct problems before they cause disruption to interior operations or cause permanent and costly damage to the existing roof assembly. The cost of the repairs is included in the periodic visit charge.
